One of the biggest advantages of Storebox is the simple and fast booking process. Everything is handled online via the Storebox website or app—whether on smartphone, tablet, or desktop.

Just go to the landing page of your desired location (linked above). There, you’ll find a map showing all available cabins along with key details:

Each cabin also includes a floor plan, helping you visualise how much space each unit provides.

Once you’ve selected your preferred cabin, you can book it directly—no need to wait for a offer. The entire process takes only a few minutes.

You’ll also choose your preferred booking plan:

• Flexible booking plan: Short minimum terms—ideal if you only need storage for a limited time.
• Long-term booking plan: Designed for longer storage periods with lower rates. If you pay in advance, basic insurance of €2,000 is included and you can opt to pay by invoice.

You’ll also select your payment method during booking. After we receive your first payment, we’ll immediately send you instructions to activate your access codes. From that moment, you can access your cabin anytime.

Need to change your plan later? No problem—log into your personal account to switch plans. After the minimum term, your changes will be applied automatically.

Your cabin price depends primarily on the size, location, and booking plan. We offer four size categories:

• S: up to 3 m²
• M: up to 6 m²
• L: up to 9 m²
• XL: over 9 m²

You can also choose to insure your stored items through Storebox. Insurance is required to ensure you’re protected in case of damage. We’ll add a monthly insurance fee to your rental if you opt for Storebox’s coverage. Alternatively, you can provide proof of your own insurance (e.g. household insurance).
