Together we clarify which financial aspects need to be considered and which investment amount is required. If you would like to finance your storebox with outside capital, we will support you in examining financing options.
The partnership is officially initiated by signing the contract. Beforehand, we inform you about the tasks and obligations of the contractual partners in the course of a pre-contractual clarification.
We support you in the search for a suitable real estate objects as well as in the construction of your location. With our suppliers, we plan the installation of all fittings and coordinate any renovation work that may be required.
