Where can I find my access codes?

How can I access the Storebox location?

You will find the access codes in your account.

Entrance code: Is the code that must be entered into the keypad at the entrance to the location.
Cabin code: Is the code that must be entered at the lock of the cabin.

To enter your Storebox cabin:

Enter the door code in the keypad and press the # sign.
Search for your booked cabin.
Enter the cabin code on the lock. You may have to press the lock together to open it.

I’ve paid for the cabin but haven’t received the access codes yet. What's the reason for that?

The door cannot be opened with the code. Why is that?

I have not received a confirmation email after my booking. Why is that?
