How can I cancel the contract for my booked cabin?

You can cancel your booking at any time from your account, but at least 14 days before the end of your selected booking duration (commitment period). The booking will continue until the end of the commitment period.

Log in to your account, click 'VIEW & MANAGE' for the booking you want to cancel and tap 'cancel booking'. Read through the steps required to return the cabin and click again on 'CANCEL BOOKING'.

Important! The contract does not end at this point but continues to run until the end of the commitment period. The exact end date will be shown on your account and in the confirmation email.

Cabin return:

Close to the booking end date, you should complete the following steps:

  1. Make sure that all your outstanding invoices have been paid.
  2. Upload a photo or more of a clean empty cabin. You can do that from your account.
  3. Return the original lock.
Make sure to complete the cabin return before the end of your commitment period, to avoid further fees. Once all steps have been completed, our team will review your return and you will get a confirmation email.
