How can I collect my Click & Collect order?
Receive Access Codes
Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email with access codes for the Storebox main entrance and the Click & Collect cabin.
Access Main Entrance
- Enter the code for the main entrance on the keypad, which is located next to the entrance door.
- Confirm the code entry with the '#' symbol.
- Open the door.
Note: After entering the code, the door can be opened manually. There is no signal to confirm the correct code entry. The keypad may flash red or beep, but the door should still open.
Access Click & Collect Cabin
- Locate the Click & Collect cabin with the correct door number, which we have sent to you via email.
- Use the numeric code for the Click & Collect cabin.
Note: You may need to press the lock together to open it.
Pick up Order
Pick up your order from the cabin and ensure you leave nothing behind. Lock the padlock after pick-up. Please make sure the main entrance door is closed when you leave the Storebox pick-up point.
