Where can I find my access codes?

As soon as we have received payment for your booking, you will always see the codes in your account.

If you have registered for the first time, you will receive a confirmation email with the 'Activate codes' button. Once you have also clicked this button and logged into your account, you will see the codes in your account.

Haven't received any codes?

  • Make sure that you have paid for the booking. Payments can take a few days to arrive.
  • Make sure that you have confirmed your e-mail address. To do this, click on the 'GET CODES' button in the booking confirmation. If you have not received the email, you can resend it. To do this, click on 'Resend email' in your account and the email will be resent to the email address you entered.
