If any items are damaged or missing, please fill in the claim form and send it to service@yourstorebox.com.
Please enclose any corresponding invoices or payment receipts for the damaged or missing items.
Once we have received the documents, we will immediately forward them to the insurance company.
Please note!
It can take up to 6 months for the insurance company to process the claim. However, we will inform you immediately about any update we receive from them.
Important!
If you select to use your own insurance policy, you should make a claim directly to your insurance company.
