You will receive the confirmation email after we have received your payment. If you pay by credit card or Stripe, this can take up to an hour. If you pay by invoice, it may take several days for us to receive the payment.
If you have registered for the first time, you will receive a confirmation email with the 'Activate codes' button. After you have also clicked this button and logged into your account, you will see the codes in your account.
Please make sure that you have entered the correct email address. You can check it in your account settings.
