I've paid for the cabin but haven't received an access code yet. What's the reason for that?

As soon as we have received payment for your booking, you will always see the codes in your account.

If you have registered for the first time, you will receive a confirmation email with the 'Activate codes' button. Once you have also clicked this button and logged into your account, you will see the codes in your account.

Haven't received any codes?

  • Make sure that you have paid for the booking. Payments can take a few days to arrive.
  • You can resend the email in your account if you have not yet confirmed your email address.
