Make sure you are using the correct code. You can always see your code in your account.
Enter your code on the keypad at the entrance door and don't forget to press the # sign. After entering the code, the door must be opened manually. There is no signal to confirm that the code has been entered correctly. You may also see a red light. This does not mean that you have entered the wrong code. Please try to open the door.
