What is the difference between revocation and cancellation?

Revocation:

Under EU consumer laws, you have the right to revoke a booking within 14 days from the booking start, without specifying any reasons.

How revocation works:

If you haven’t used your codes yet, you can go to your account, click “VIEW & MANAGE” and on the left side, you’ll find the revocation button. If you’ve used the codes, please contact customer service.

Cancellation:

Our contract is open-ended and the selected commitment period will be automatically renewed until you actively cancel it. When you cancel a booking, it means that the contract will run until only the end date of the commitment period you’ve selected.
